Lisa TheLandstronaut Alcindor is one of less than 10 melanated women in the world that have reached astronaut candidacy up to the year of 2023. “I am here to create a space in Space.” 

TheLandstronaut explains that Space is bigger than space travel and exploration. Lisa TheLandstronaut resigned after working 12 years in the space industry and Department of Defense to enter a bigger quest to enable maximized experiences and survivability for women as we go from Land to Space™ through Human Performance Enhancement (HPE).

When asked about the vision of creating a space in Space, TheLandstronaut also affirmed the objectives of increasing dialogue via worldwide keynote speaking is pivotal to TheLandstronaut journey. “The toughest part of the journey is balance.” One can only imagine the journey of creating their own astronaut candidacy training program, following the rules of their own program, and creating a space in Space for others during the process...

The purpose of founding Landstronaut® is, to "Create a space in Space" for the evolution of humanity as we go from Land to Space.
