Under the stewardship of Chairman Lisa TheLandstronaut, GRIF combines defense-grade risk analysis, public‑private partnership experience, and inclusive finance design to deliver durable economic and societal outcomes. 

GRIF is designed to:

• Deploy long‑duration capital into climate‑resilient infrastructure (energy, water, transport, ports, data/telecom) that reduces systemic risk and fosters economic continuity.
• Create investment corridors (e.g., U.S–Africa Space Investment Corridor) that blend infrastructure, workforce development, and private sector participation to open new markets.
• Align projects with national security, biosafety, and space resilience priorities, ensuring dual-use benefits for civil society and defense stakeholders.
• Embed inclusion and gender equity objectives throughout investment design, delivery and governance.
