Refund policy

A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure [Speaker's Name] for your event. This deposit ensures the reservation of the agreed-upon date and time and covers initial preparation costs.

 If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, please notify us as early as possible. Refund eligibility is determined based on the following timeline:

• More than 90 days before the scheduled event: Full refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
• 60-90 days before the scheduled event: 50% refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
• Less than 60 days before the scheduled event: No refund.

 In cases of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to illness, natural disasters, or other events beyond [Speaker's Name]'s control, we will work with you to find an alternative date or provide a full refund, including the deposit. 

  For virtual speaking engagements, the same refund policy applies. Any cancellation or rescheduling must be communicated within the specified timeline for eligibility. 

 If you need to reschedule the event, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Rescheduling is subject to [Speaker's Name]'s availability, and the non-refundable deposit will be applied to the new date. 

 All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [contact email]. Please include your name, event details, and the reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the written request. 

 In the event that [Speaker's Name] is unable to complete the engagement due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund, including the deposit, will be issued. 

 If, for any reason, Lisa TheLandstronaut is unable to fulfill the agreed-upon engagement, we will work with you to find a suitable replacement or provide a full refund, including the deposit.
