Lisa TheLandstronaut (astronaut candidate) created "TheLandstronaut" to embark on a journey of discovery in exploring different extreme & exploratory environments before heading to another regolith/land. Lisa TheLandstronaut resigned after working 12 years in the space industry and Department of Defense to enter a bigger quest to enable maximized experiences and survivability in these extreme & exploratory environments for women. While working for the  government in the Space industry, Lisa TheLandstronaut realized there were very important initiatives that need attention such as, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access for the future  as we go from Land to Space™ 

Lisa TheLandstronaut decided to focus on survivability in extreme and exploratory atmospheres through the founding of Landstronaut, a corporation set-forth for space mission travel and exploration with emphasis on Human Performance Enhancement (HPE), and creating a woman spacesuit to protect the womb from radiation www.landstronaut.com.

When asked about the vision of creating a space in Space, TheLandstronaut also affirmed the objectives of increasing dialogue via worldwide keynote speaking is pivotal to TheLandstronaut journey. “The toughest part of the journey is balance.” One can only imagine the journey of creating their own astronaut candidacy training program, following the rules of their own program, and creating a space in Space for others during the process.

Lisa TheLandstronaut Alcindor graduated from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Economics and a minor in business which enabled her to join the Federal Government. During her career, she worked on special programs for NASA, the Air Force, NAVY, NATO, and Army. Her expertise drove her to managing the build of space telescopes, satellites, fighter jets, rocket propulsion systems, body armor textiles, and network infrastructures. During her employment in the aeronautical industry, she also supported prominent artists such as WizKid, and Pharrell Williams as a professional dancer. She was also featured on American Idol Season 11, Carbon Dating, Stevie D, Class Dismissed, and Chocolate City.

Lisa TheLandstronaut helps commercial and government organizations develop, implement, and advocate for policies that align with their values and goals, and that have a positive impact on stakeholders.
